How to FTP (Urgent please)

I have a Windows2003 server. I need to create a process to run on this server to FTP a file from a different windows server every morning at 6:00am. I have the remote server IP address and a FTP account password.
How do I set up such process on my local Windows2003 server? Do I need any other information of the remote server? The file size is big (2GB).
Please help.

change the filename to ftpfile.bat

Then open start, programs, accessories, system tools, scheduled tasks.

Create the task there and browse to that bat file to add it to the task.
