Hi,<br />
I restart my pc(windows OS) whithout having start Tomcat, and try to access <a href="http://localhost:8080/" rel="ugc">http://localhost:8080/</a>&nbsp;from browser, <br />
i notice Tomcat is already running. Why is that, How can i avoid this. Also i am being asked to login, when i try to login,<br />
i keep failing( I am shure 100% that i am using correct login info., bz i check my tomcat-users file)
