How do I disable the perflib for iasperf.dll on a Windows Server 2003?

I upgraded from Windows 2000 Server to Windows Server 2003 last weekend.  I am now getting a perflib event 1008 regularly in the event viewer.  How do I remove this library so the event will stop being generated?

Thanks,
Ling

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
