How to restrict calendar access to everyone except an explicit group?

We have a high ranking user whose calendar permissions are configured for himself and a unique group to have access (mailbox security also).  Default is set to none.  However, others in the organization can view his calendar and whereabouts by including him in meeting requests.  How can I completely restrict access to his calendar to prohibit viewing by meeting requests?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The other users are probably only seeing his Free and Busy information.  You can stop publishing that for him if you want.  Click Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Free/Busy Options and set the number of months to publish to 0.

Does it take time to propagate?  do i need to stop/restart services?  i have modified the number to 0 and users can still see the information when selecting him for a meeting request...

Information that's already published would still be there.  Launch Outlook on his computer from the command line using the /CleanFreeBusy switch.
