Code for Sub to Request Delivery Receipt and Read Receipt

I have some code behind a button on my Form that performs some Outlook functionality.  What I need is the code to do 2 additional things which are currently done manually.  Currently the user checks in Outlook Request a Delivery Receipt for this message and Request a Read Receipt for this message.  How can i set this in code i.e.

MyMail.(Property or code to Request a Delivery Receipt for this message)
MyMail.(Property or code to Request a Read Receipt for this message)

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
