If this is an LVM volume and you have OnlineJFS, simply:
lvextend -L <10240 + current_size_in_MB> /dev/vg00/lvol_number
fsadm -F vxfs -b (expr 1024 \* <10240 + current_size_in_MB>) /home

If you don't have OnlineJFS, you'll need to:
lvextend the volume as above
umount /home
extendfs -F vxfs /dev/vg00/rlvol_number
mount /home
