Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Greetings, Alex !

Update Outlook 2000 to latest configuration. It is up to service pack 3.

Check if Outlook is blocking attachment.  Allow JPG and PDF files with a registry edit

Best wishes!

The users enabled UUENCODING.

Go to Tools > Options  > Mail Format > Internet Format
