Compare and contrast IPC (Inter Process Communication)  management in UNIX and Windows Operating Systems.?

    In UNIX you have handy IPC management tools - 'ipcs' and 'ipcrm' in POSIX standard. In Windows there is no management, which leads to continuous deadlocks followed by reboots. They get masqueraded recently behind "patch schedule" or so.
