No access to server from internet

Hi I am running a web site on a wamp server and can't access it from out side my local network. I think I have to do something with the virtual servers setting on my belkin wireless router. it asks me for external port start, external port end, protocol, internal port start, internal port end, server IP address and server name. I have been reading some pages on the web but all seams confusing and have tried a few thing that don’t work how do I set this up and what is the address to access my www folder of wamp? I keep getting told conflicting information about using the WAN IP here and the router IP there and :: in the address to select the port but I cant get it working no matter what I try.

Please help!
Thank you for any help and advice you can give me.

caterham_wwwCommented:
external port start, external port end,
80-80

protocol
TCP usually

internal port start, internal port end
80-80

server IP address
your internal IP 192.168...

so that traffic would be routed to your local server.

How does your Listen directive in apache look like? Set UseCanonicalName to off.
