Automatic backup utility for outlook

I am using microsft's backup utility for outlook but you can't backup daily automaticly just schedule a reminder to. I was curious if any one had any free apps or ideas that would help me. Thanks in advance!

Hi productivetech,

If all your data is in PST files, then you can use this:

I have that but it does not have a backup scheduler, and if I am mistaken it is not automatic.
David LeeCommented:
No, it doesn't have a scheduler.  It runs each time Outlook is shut down which is as effective as any scheduler.  It is not completely automatic, but it only requires a single click to do its job.  If you want a soluton that is both scheduled and automatic, then create a script of batch file to copy all PSTs to a backup location and schedule it via Windows built-in scheduler.

See I am going to look into how much work it is gonna take to build a scipt from scratch for this because we actually need it to be automatic because it is for a client. The central problem is tape backups fail due to outlook being left open, and the only idea to solve this is to exclude outlook mail files from the backup and just have another program back up and direct the PST files some where on the server. So any free programs? I have the one posted above and I like the adolix mail back up, i think its a great program and I think I am gonna suggest it because of its easy to use and automatic settings.
