I have Win XP Pro on a Toshiba Portege R100 laptop.<br />

I have started receiving an error on restart:<br />

ConfigFree:<br />
NdsLoadString() is Error.<br />
(Not found INI File : [C:\Config Free.temp\Package\NDSFile\<wbr />NDSNLS.ini<wbr />].)<br />
<br />
The only solution I can find when searching online are in Japenese!<br />
<br />
Do you have any ideas what this could be?<br />
