I didnt understood. You want to monitor but is there no remote SQL?

Well, in order to see the sql performance counters, you'll need to install SQL on the monitored machine. The installation proccess will put the counters in perfmon.

Best regards.

You need to install the SQL performance counters on the computer you're using to run perfmon, however, I'm not sure if you can install only the counters on a machine that doesn't have SQL installed.
