Outlook calendar timings and Daylight saving settings

We have Clients on Outlook 2000 and OUtlook 2003 with Windows Exchange server 2003 SP2, after the Daylight saving changes we added an additional hour. Although our server and the workstation seems to show the correct date and time the outlook calendar has added an hour to every appointment. I have amended the setting with Outlook under TOOLS---Options--Calendar Options and Time zone, but there are no changes to the calendar.

Now the appointments for 9:00am are at 10:00am etc..

Can anyone help.

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Greetings, MICRONET2004 !

Here is how to make the calendar changes after Daylight Savings Time adjustment.

The article refers to the Indiana time change, but applies to any Daylight Savings Time change.  The ideal method is not to make any calendar appointment until after the time adjustment.

Best wishes!

Thanks
The article decribes on how we could change all the appointments manually, we have 8 users who use their Outlook calendars extensively and have appointments booked in till late May. Any other way of sorting these.

Microonet2004, are you able to find another way to change the appointments?  The manual way is suggested by Microsoft to sort out appoinments due to the time change.
