restrict all
allow from all    directives in your httpd.conf to

e.g. allow from 192.168.

to allow all IPs starting with 192.168.
Just search in all *.conf files (for apache 2.0 it should be only the singhe httpd.conf in your conf folder) for

    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all

and change it to

    Order deny,allow
    Allow from 192.168.
    Deny from all
