Exchange 2003 with MessageOne ActiveMailbox
We are in the process of implementing our DR-BC plan. One of our projects include implementing MessageOne's ActiveMailbox VaultBox that will provide Email Continuity for a DR scenerio. One of MO's hardware requirement is to have a dedicated server that will have adequate storage for 7-times the estimated daily mail volume.
How would you "estimate the daily mail volume" within Exchange 2003?
thanks to all.

MessageOne provided the following:
A rough ballpark number would be Total Number of Tracking Logs generated per mailbox server over 7 days X 5 (MB) divided by 7 = daily message transfer volume. We’ll likely be less than that due to compression and single instancing, but it’s a relatively reasonable high water mark.
But I'm not sure how to accomplish this. Any suggestions?
