Error e000fe29 - Backup Exec Veritas Version 10

I do a weekly backup of the *.pst from everyone's machine and I received the following message

e000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server.  Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly.

What does this mean?  What am I doing wrong.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
