Hello,

I need some help removing a Serial Subinterface 0/0.1. I entered "no interface serial 0/0.1" however, when I enter the "show ip interface brief" command I get this. Why doesn't the subinterface remove from the interface list.

Serial0/0                  unassigned      YES NVRAM  down                  down
Serial0/0.1                unassigned      YES NVRAM  deleted               down
Serial0/0.2                unassigned      YES unset  deleted               down

                                                 Thank You in Advance

Notice it shows "deleted" in the output. Run "copy run start", reboot the router, then they'll be gone.
