Does NetShareAdd function in netapi32.dll work with XP?

Note that it is a different function under 95/98/Me than it is under NT/2000/XP/Vista.  There's an article on dealing with this here: http://www.codeguru.com/Cpp/I-N/network/article.php/c5405/
