Word is not available to compose mail

I use a outlook 2003 and I want to justify my messages. I see that the 'use word 2003' is not available to compose mail (the checkbox is disabled).

I suppose that I need to use word to perform the text justification.

Why is not availabl? In other computers it is and is working fine.

Thanks a lot!
