Delete option in Windows Explorer: Tools > Synchronize

I would like to delete the option : Tools > Synchronize in Windows explorer. So, only the Synchronize option.
Any has an idea how to do that?

Well i am looking for the registry/policy setting to delete this button. I don't think there is an other way.
I know for example that you can delete the FILE menu in your menu bar by a registry setting. So if anyone knows which one it is......

hmmmmm thanks for the reply..... we already figured out how to not make ik work anymore, but we simply would like to remove the d*mn thing ;-)

hmmm it is not the option i needed, but thanks for replying anyway.... cheers.
you cant delete an item that is hardcoded into windows, are you running Active Directory, if so we can play with policies
