I am using Delphi to create DLL's which work in conjunction with another program (CAD system). What I need to do is monitor the amount of memory that the CAD system is using from my Delphi dll.

Is there an API call etc. which would allow me to access the amount of memory that the CAD system (.exe) is using. To put it more simply how could I find out the memory being used by say Notepad.exe.
