ISA 2004 Setup

Ok I have a 2003 server with 1 nic card I installed ISA 2004. I set the firewall rule to allow internal to external. I have the networks scheme's setup. and the default gateway set in the system. When I point internet explorer to the proxy 192.168.100.30  port 80 it fails.    what am I missing

ISA proxy port is 8080 by default, unless you've changed it. Don't run IIS on the same server as ISA.

Check your monitoring tool to see what rule are being applied when the users tries to connect to the Internet.
