ISA proxy port is 8080 by default, unless you've changed it. Don't run IIS on the same server as ISA. <br />

Check your monitoring tool to see what rule are being applied when the users tries to connect to the Internet.

Ok I have a 2003 server with 1 nic card I installed ISA 2004. I set the firewall rule to allow internal to external. I have the networks scheme's setup. and the default gateway set in the system. When I point internet explorer to the proxy 192.168.100.30 &nbsp;port 80 it fails. &nbsp; &nbsp;what am I missing
