I have a standalone scanner model Canon D1250 U2F installed to a computer on my home network through its only connection type being usb. I want to know if there is a way to it to my network like one would add a printer. When I go to control panel to view imaging devices installed there is no option to share the scanner with network.

Adding scanner to network
