I would like to have an upload file system on my webpage like Google on Gmail do. Take a look at www.gmail.com when composing a new message. You have a text links  'Attach a File'  that opens the 'browse file dialog' ... you just choose your file and click ok... When you submit the form (send the mail) the attachments is being uploaded. and when u click on the attach another file one more text box with browse button comes up...

How can we achieve this behavour in jsp using sevlets..

You can use
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/fileupload/
If you have problems with it , then we will help you here.
There is a lot of ways to do it and you can write your own upload servlet or use existing ones.

Here is a summary how you can do about it. I believe that you can find all information you need for uploading:

Sounds like a job for javascript. I am not a javascript expert. I don't  have an gmail account.  If you can look at the source of the page, then you might learn how they do it.  I suppose you could create an array of File objects and make them visible as required. Did you ask in the javascript TA  ?     http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web/Web_Languages/JavaScript/
