Hi!
What version of Exchange are you trying to uninstall and is that the last server in your Exchange Org?

Exchagen 2000.

Yes. This is a new setup. I just installed it on one of the server for testing purpose. Now, I have purchased a new dell server for this purpose.

If you dont want anything in your exchange org. Simply install Windows Support Tools on any of your Domain controller or Exchange server and then launch "Adsiedit.msc" from RUN.
expand configuration container - Services - Microsoft Exchange and then, select and delete your "Exchange org_name container" .. it will simply remove each and every information of your Exchange org from Active Directory.
Now, you can start the installation of Exchange server again on your new DELL box.

The windows support tool is avaliable on the microsoft site is for windows xp and not for windows server 2003. if you know a direct link please post it.

You can install Windows Support Tools from Windows server CD itself. Setup would be there in the support directory.

Are you getting the same error from all your Outlook clients?
Try opening the mailbox using OWA
Internet explorer - http://your_exchange_server_name\exchange
give username and password and see if you can login to the mailbox.

Also check this previous case -->
