uninstallation of exchange server

I am trying to uninstall exhcange server and getting the following error messages. please help:

The following error mesage appears when I run "update /removeorg"

Setup failed while Removing organization (error 0x800720B3: The specified class is not defined.) .

Additional information:

Exchagen 2000.

Yes. This is a new setup. I just installed it on one of the server for testing purpose. Now, I have purchased a new dell server for this purpose.

Do I need to install it on one of windows domain controller?

The windows support tool is avaliable on the microsoft site is for windows xp and not for windows server 2003. if you know a direct link please post it.

You can install Windows Support Tools from Windows server CD itself. Setup would be there in the support directory.

Amit,

I have install exchange server on a new machine without any error on a new machine. I am runing exchange 2000 sp3 on Windows 2000 sp4.

I am getting this error message I try to configure outlook :

"The name could not be resolved. the bookmark is not valid"

I have make sure the following:
-Verified recipient updated service stamped on user accout
- be able to ping to exchange server & global catalog server
- rebuild the global address book
- ensure receipient policy in place.

please let me know if you can help with this problem.

I have already open a new questions for this and I will increace the points on it.

Are you getting the same error from all your Outlook clients?
Try opening the mailbox using OWA
Internet explorer - http://your_exchange_server_name\exchange
give username and password and see if you can login to the mailbox.
