Invoking SSL connection from Oracle Stored procedure

Hi,

I am looking to invoke a java calss from an oracle procedure.
In the java class have an HTTPS connection to a server in the internet
My code works in my local m/c as a stanalone class but throws an exception
"java.net.SocketException: SSL implementation not available" while invoking from the oracle stored procedure.

I have all the files in path in my local m/c and also loaded into the oracle thr' loadJava utility
Pls suggest.

Maybe that the JSSE packages are missing in the class-path.

You might need to set up this in your code:

System.setProperty("java.protocol.handler.pkgs",
        "com.sun.net.ssl.internal.www.protocol");
   Security.addProvider(new com.sun.net.ssl.internal.ssl.Provider());

I have done both.
Its working fine in my local system.
But when I try to call this class form oracle server, I get the Exception
