Migrate from SBS 2003 to Windows Server 2003 Enterprise - Is this possible?

We have a SBS 2003 server and want to migrate it over to a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Server.  Is this even possible or does the new server have to be built from scratch?  From what I can find migrating from SBS to Enterprise is not doable.  Anyone ?

    you can but it is not cheap
