Interface between VC++ Dll and VB (both 6.0)

  I am having problem in sending array of UDT defined in VB to VC++ dll,
 I can send the array of udt where string is not there as member of udt but when udt contains  string with the varying or fixed length , then its not working , i am aware about SAFEARRY concept, so if anyone has solution , please let me know....
