Oracle10G on WinXP Pro

    Hi!

I recently installed Oracle10G on WinXP Pro and it runs fine.
I have managed to create a user but when I try to create table or anything else
I get this error : Too high value on connection lock semaphore.

I now how to fix this on Linux/Unix but how do I do it on WinXP ?

Regards,
