I am trying to do an upgrade from MSCRM 1.2 BUT I am stuck with the Microsoft .Net Framework Service Pack 1 requires a service pack: which I have download but when I run this the SP1 I then get the error "The upgrade path cannot be installed by the Windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade pacth may be an update of a different version of the program"

I have 1.1 .Net Framework installed..... how do I check all of the above? I am on Windows Server 2003. THANKS

There should be the correct version on the CRM installation CD.  Look in a folder called DOTNETFX.  You can uninstall what's on your server currently and then just install from the CD.
