I am trying to do an upgrade from MSCRM 1.2 BUT I am stuck with the Microsoft .Net Framework Service Pack 1 requires a service pack: which I have download but when I run this the SP1 I then get the error &quot;The upgrade path cannot be installed by the Windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade pacth may be an update of a different version of the program&quot;<br />

I have 1.1 .Net Framework installed..... how do I check all of the above? I am on Windows Server 2003. THANKS
