This user is not trusted by the server (error no. 956)

When I try to "run" a crystal report with a particular data, I get error that

"Error-956:Client Host or User(xxx) is not trusted by the server".

We checked the server Log file, and there is no record that we are even trying to connect to the server. So we can't track what the error is. The data source as well as the ODBC connection is correctly configured.

Can someone tell me what is happening here.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What version of Crystal?  How are you calling the report?

Is this with an Informix database?  This link is old but the information may be accurate
