W2K3 Domain Controller: how-to install a DC directly in native mode

Hello experts,
I want to setup a W2K3 Domain Controller,
and it shall run straight away in native mode.
How can I do this?

    when you install AD it is installed automatically in mixed mode, you have to manually change to native mode,  when you post some more details in your other Q ill give you a hand - as for now    im off to bed!
