colour printing problem

Hi all

we have a kyocera c2630 color printer when the users
submit a colour print job of 7mb it wont print out properly
when the user print 2mb of the job it will print out is this a memory problem or how can i solve this

    What operating system on your computer?

    Also, do you have the latest driver?

    Perhaps you need either to trim the size of the file or add more memory to the printer.

    When you say "it wont print out properly", what does that mean? What happens (or doesn't happen)? Any error messages?

    One thing to try is this (if printing via a server, do it on the server):

    Go to Start > Printers. Right-click on the printer and select Properties. Click on the Advanced tab. Now tick the button for "Start printing after last page is spooled". Also untick "Enable advanced printing features"
