Where can I download a free dictionary?

My requirements
1. It has to be in a flat file (txt, etc) or a database.
2. It should have definitions for each corresponding word.
3. It has to be free.

Please only post references only if the above 3 requirements are met.

Sora, none of them are plaintexts. You fail requirement 1. Also, I think he meant "free as in freedom," not "free as in beer." Copy and pasting google links here is hardly effective.

hongjun, OPTED is easily (and flawlessly) convertible to plaintext by copy and pasting the entire HTML document to notepad.

I am looking for one that is easily convertible to a database.
I will go through them and see which one is easy for me to read and save to a database.
@hongjun

Were you able to find what you wanted hongjun? I'm after the same sort of thing, something I could use in a MySQL database.

No I stop my project.
It's just a personal project and so it doesn't matter.
