I have a Windows 2003 Server which comes with Microsoft Fax built-in. I have another applications that submits faxes jobs to the Microsoft fax spooler. However, my telephone system requires me to dial a 9 for all outgoing faxes. Is there an AT command or somewhere on the Fax Console to tell it to always dial a number automatically ?
