ssl sites refresh not alowing me to view the site

When I try to get to my gmail account, or bank account... I type in my username and password press enter and it just keeps refreshing to a white screen.

I turned off the firewall set all IE setting to default.
No spyware or viruses that i could find.
I tried to use firefox but the same thing.

Please any suggestions

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In Firefox, go to Tools > Options.

At the Privacy tab, click the Settings button near the bottom of the window. Check Cache and Authenticated Sessions if they're not already checked. Also check Cookies. Click OK, then click OK again.

Restart the browser. That's how I fixed my issues with Firefox for your same problem.
