Try this...
http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsServer/en/Library/3512b600-5bb4-4dae-8b2c-7b71ef9951a01033.mspx

i remember them talking about  it in class.. never tried it.

Hi pappaslim,

this can be done, but as you already know you need to make a custom MSI package

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;257718

this will show you how by using the inbuilt 2000 tool on the disc

http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/MSI-Packaging-Tools.html

this is more an overview for 2003 server

Cheers!

This looks like should work. I have never tried it though. It was reccomended on the UltraVNC site (http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/install/unattended.html)

Fastpush is a script that can remotely install WinVNC on to a computer running NT, 2000 or XP. You need admin rights to do this, but it will work over any reasonable network connection.
