i'm trying or i can say want to try to design a program for pocket pc phones running on windows mobile 2005 with .net compact framework<br />

i've created alot of programs before,but now, i would like to know how to create a language support program. there are already some programs in the market,but all of them not worth buying with alot of bugs. i just want to know how to start creating something like that,to add a new langauge support for sms,word,excel,internet explorer. i hope there is an expert who can tell me the basic ideas.and how to start,and i prefer using vb.net always.<br />
