Selected item flickers in TListView

I seem to be having a problem with TListViews on Hi-Res monitors.  The currently focused item (with the blue every other pixel highlight) flickers.. Has anyone else experienced this? Can it be fixed?

    Have you tried setting to doublebuffered property of the listview on creation.

    Listview1.DoubleBuffered := True;

    Are you custom drawing the TListview, if you are then check that you aren't continuosly redrawing the object
