Windows Server 2003 SMTP Outlook Express E-mail stuck in outbox

I am setting up a test stand alone Windows Server 2003 Standard. SMTP Server Role installed. Tried using Outlook Express on the same machine. But the e-mail stuck in the outbox. The error message:

550 5.7.1. Unable to replay for
Port 25, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I have a cable modem and a D-Link router behind the cable mode. Server has only one network card, and it gets IP from the DHCP on the router. No Exchange installed.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Draak,

I followed the link. Right on! I solved the problem. The relay should be set for the machine to send e-mail through Outlook. Thanks so much!
