Can't send email replies from my Blackberry

I have been having a problem sending replies to emails that I recieved from my BES.  I can compose and send emails from my Blackberry just fine.  The problem is that if I receive an email and want to send a reply, that reply comes back with a Red X next to it.  The status in the message reads "Message includes an unknown attachment".  I don't get it because there is no attachment in the message.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

An X appears next to a message sent from the handheld. The message status displays the following:

Message included an unknown attachment

Perform a hard reset on the handheld and restart the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service. For more information about hard resets see KB-02141.

If this does not fix the problem, follow these instructions:

Remove the user from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Stop the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service.
Add the user to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Start the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service.
