I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I assume you have Exchange 2003?  Normally, there are icons at the left for Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, PFs, Rules and Options.  Just above the Inbox icon, is a little bar with a down-arrow on.  You are supposed to bea ble to click that to collapse the buttons.  Have you tried that?

BTW, do you mean 1/4" deep, or wide?

If your OWA display is really screwed, try clearing your browser cache.

I do mean deep and I have tried tis on about seven differnt PC and they all have the same effect.  When I click to little bar with the down arrow the box closes and when I click again the box opens only enough to see about 1/4"  I have another exhcnage I get into and no problem

Are you using a FE server for OWA that is at a lower SP level than a BE server?

What does it look like if you go to http(s)://servername/exchange/?cmd=navbar  ?  The same but wider?
