Unable to attach to ASP.net worker process.(typically aspnet_wp.exe or w3wp.exe) - and I flow out!

Please help! I have Delphi .net 2005. I cann't work. Each step that i'm doing in run time - the debbuger stop my work.
I found one solution to run - C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_rediis.exe -i, but it doesn't help me.

Try using cassini web server for debugging delphi 2005 asp applications.
It is much more stable.
