I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Probably this comes because there could be agents, reader fields, ... that still expect the "old" name. You better check the functionality (agents & actions) and see if you don't have to change the names there too.

How to check the functionality (agents & actions)?
FilipsFreelancerCommented:
I would suggest that you open the database in designer mode and have a look at the agents and actions and forms and other stuff.
Maybe it's in the initialisation script (activated when opening the database). It's not that easy to tell.

When exactly do you get the error?

How can I open the databse in designer mode? Pls advise.
FilipsFreelancerCommented:
Perferably you have the Notes designer installed. Then you open the designer and open the database.

Also you could have a look with PotesPeek (http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/sandbox.nsf/0/2791869f4e1d3fa385256f2c00432973?OpenDocument). There you will see everything that is in the datavase (when you have enough rights).
