Replace double quote ('') with 2 double quotes ('''')

Hello - I am attempting to replace a set of double quotes with 2 pairs of double quotes..  I tried to use:

textLBL.Text = Replace(textLBL.Text, Chr(34),Chr(34)Chr(34))

but this is causing an exception.  any help on this would be greatly appreciated - vb pls

('') -> ('''')

You can also use "" instead of Chr(34)...
