550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused

Server:
SBS 2003 Exchange server

Problem:
Messages refused from my Yahoo.com email  .    myname@yahoo.com   to    myname@companyemail.com.
Messages accepted from my own domain email.   myname@mydomain.com   to   myname@companyemail.com

Error message:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<myname@mycompanyemail.com>:
68.165.104.54 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused.

Question:

why and what should i do in the exchange server in order to accept both from yahoo and my domain's emails?

Thanks.

Exchange is rejecting the email due to the configuration of one of its filters. The following article describes the layers of filtering for SMTP email in Exchange Server 2003 SP2 - http://www.microsoft.com/technet/technetmag/issues/2006/01/NewWeapons/default.aspx . This article also describes how to change the message generated by IMF to your own more meaningful message.
