Signature Changes

I had created a template https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21787989/Outlook-Template.html but noticed that when someone replied, it was really corrupted. So I thought I could change a few things and just use a signature:

I noticed that & knew that actually but I was not certain. The weird thing, the tables are still there.

If I create the singnature in Word, do you think that it would be "better"?

Possibly, but that may cause other problems. As I mentioned I don't recommend using Word as Outlook's email editor. I know it ahs some advantages, but it seems to cause more problems than it's worth.
