Outlook Contacts ?

I am using outlook 2000.
How can I insert a TIFF file into a Contact? The TIFF is a page scan of some info that I would like to see when I open this contact.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

insert>file on the contact page. the tiff is likely to be an icon that can be view by double clicking on it.

When you say it's an Icon, is it saved totaly in the Outlook or is it a link? Cause I want it to be saved in the Outlook for backups, etc...

it saves it. you can test it out. place the tiff in a contact and change teh location of the tiff file and double click on the tiff icon in the contact to see if you can still open it.

Yes, infact I erased it and it still opened it. But where is this saved? I need to know for when/if I back up my outlook.pst. The Outlook.pst didn't get larger when I added this 2.5 MB Tiff.
