dbLangGeneral error in CreateDatabase

I am trying to create an access database using vb.net and I am getting an error on dbLangGeneral (it says it is not declared):

db = DBEngine.CreateDatabase(DBFullPath, dbLangGeneral)

Anyone know why this is?

since ur using DBEngine - I'm assuming you have a reference to DAO

so try this, DAO.LanguageConstants.dbLangGeneral

thanks, after doing that i get a new error on the line:
"Reference to a non-shared member requires an object reference"

db = (new DBEngine).CreateDatabase(DBFullPath, LanguageConstants.dbLangGeneral)

dim engine as new DBEngine
db = engine.CreateDatabase(DBFullPath, LanguageConstants.dbLangGeneral)
