Memory Manager / Ram Booster in delphi

Any idea on how to write a program that frees unused memory in XP ?
Just like MemoryBoost, RAM boosters, Turbo memory  etc...

Can this be done in Delphi ?

    Here is a component you can use along with a demo application.

    I have used this component in another application for windowsXP and works fine.

    Any idea why this would help at all? Ram Boosters are sheer idiocy. Windows is good at managing memory itself.
